Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests across domestic and foreign makes, completing full courtesy inspections and troubleshooting concerns with the service department. Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Build experience across a wide range of vehicles and communicate guest concerns effectively. Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
