Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles across domestic and foreign makes, performing full courtesy inspections and troubleshooting guest concerns. Collaborate with the service team to meet repair deadlines while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Build experience handling a wide range of vehicles using modern diagnostic equipment and factory scan tools. Work in tight spaces and lift up to 100 pounds while navigating computer systems. Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
Desired Qualifications
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
