Job Summary
Automotive Technician / Mechanic or Lead/Foreman for the seasoned Sr. Master Technician sought to diagnose and repair vehicles for guests, build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign makes/models, and perform thorough courtesy inspections. Must work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly, adhere to safety and cleanliness standards, and collaborate with the service department. For a qualified lead/foreman, additional responsibilities include managing a team, overseeing assignments, and workflow. ASE certifications are preferred (or plan to achieve L1); diesel experience is preferred. OSHA-like safety, tool handling, and the ability to drive manual transmissions are expected. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or plan to achieve L1
- Diesel experience preferred
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Professional appearance and strong communication
