Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests across domestic and foreign makes, performing full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections. Collaborate with the service team to troubleshoot concerns quickly, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results while promoting high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Continuously build experience using factory scan tools and manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment in a modern facility. Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong communication skills while navigating a computer to efficiently use hand tools in tight spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A strong desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Efficiently navigate a computer
Desired Qualifications
- Master L1 ASE preferred or Manufacture Certifications
