Diagnose and repair vehicles across a wide range of domestic and foreign makes; perform full, honest courtesy vehicle inspections; collaborate with the service department and other technicians to address guest concerns and meet deadlines; uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization; seek solutions and deliver distinguished results as part of a Christian Brothers Automotive team.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
