Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles across domestic and foreign makes, performing full courtesy inspections and troubleshooting guest concerns with honesty and accuracy. Build experience on a wide range of vehicles while collaborating with the service department to meet deadlines and deliver distinguished results. Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the workday. This role requires 5+ years of automotive experience, ASE certifications preferred, and the ability to lift over 100 pounds and work in tight spaces. The position offers up to $45/hour, weekends off, and access to continuous training through the CBA Flywheel Learning System and the Future Franchise Leadership Academy.
Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
