Job Summary
Automotive Technician/Mechanic responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles for guests, spanning a wide range of domestic and foreign makes/models. Perform courteous vehicle inspections, work with the service department to communicate concerns, and collaborate with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results. Emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and organization; opportunity for long-term career development within Christian Brothers Automotive. Requires 3+ years’ experience; ASE certifications preferred; ability to lift up to 100 pounds, work with tools overhead, and operate a computer; manual transmissions experience beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
