Job Summary
Automotive Technician / Mechanic responsible for diagnosing and fixing vehicles for guests, building experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles, completing courteous vehicle inspections, and collaborating with the service department to address customer concerns. Work as part of a team to troubleshoot issues, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and deliver high-quality results through effective communication and problem-solving with customers and fellow technicians.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years automotive technician experience
- ASE Certification preferred, or plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Be able to lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
