Job Summary
Technician needed at a brand-new Christian Brothers Automotive location in Bolivia, NC. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles, performing full, honest courtesy vehicle inspections, collaborating with the service department and fellow technicians to troubleshoot concerns, and upholding safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Positive attitude and desire to serve guests
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Physically capable of lifting over 100 pounds and working with tools above head
- Able to work in tight spaces
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Navigate computer systems
- Excellent teamwork and communication
