Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles across a wide range of domestic and foreign makes/models in a brand-new climate-controlled shop. Perform full, accurate courtesy vehicle inspections and collaborate with the service department to communicate customer concerns. Work as part of a team to troubleshoot issues, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Utilize factory-level diagnostic equipment and tools, communicate effectively with guests and teammates, and develop skills for long-term career growth in a supportive franchise environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Physical requirements including ability to lift over 100 pounds and work with tools in high positions
- Ability to drive manual transmissions and navigate a computer
