Job Summary
Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests while performing full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections. Continuously build experience across domestic and foreign makes by troubleshooting concerns quickly with the service team. Follow high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization while communicating effectively to meet deadlines and deliver distinguished results. Occasionally lift over 100 pounds, work in tight spaces, and drive manual transmissions. Requires 5+ years of experience, ASE certifications preferred, and the ability to navigate computers efficiently. Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
