Job Summary
Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles while completing full, accurate courtesy inspections. Troubleshoot guest concerns quickly by collaborating with the service department and other technicians to meet deadlines. Continuously build experience across a wide range of makes and models while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Work in tight spaces, lift over 100 pounds, and navigate diagnostic computers efficiently. Requires 5+ years of experience, ASE certifications preferred, and ability to work weekends. Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer
Desired Qualifications
