Job Summary
Diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles; perform thorough vehicle inspections; collaborate with the service department to address guest concerns; maintain high safety and cleanliness standards; participate in ongoing training and career development programs; leverage ASE-focused training and relocation assistance to advance within a Christian Brothers Automotive franchisee shop.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
