Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles from bumper to bumper while performing thorough inspections and recommending necessary maintenance. Adhere strictly to manufacturer guidelines to ensure high-quality repairs and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to deliver exceptional service. This role offers a guaranteed 8-hour daily base pay for the first 30 days, with top performers earning over $100K annually in a high-volume service department. You will also receive one week of paid vacation after 30 days, starting to accrue more time off from Day 1.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- Personal tools
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
