Job Summary
Diagnose and repair vehicles for guests, working with technicians and service departments to troubleshoot customer concerns; perform full, honest courtesy vehicle inspections; build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles; follow safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards; communicate customer concerns effectively and collaborate with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results; utilize diagnostic tools and factory scan tools; maintain a professional appearance and contribute to a positive team environment; physical capability to lift and move heavy objects and work with tools on vehicles lifted above head height; drive manual transmissions when required; support long-term career development within Christian Brothers Automotive.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- A desire for long-term career development
