Job Summary
Diagnose vehicle service problems and perform quality repairs on assigned orders, conducting road tests to verify work. Make a quality check after each repair, fix the vehicle right the first time, and complete comprehensive documentation of cause, correction, and specifications. Advise the Service Manager of needed repairs, required parts, and any deviations from original repair instructions. Ensure current knowledge of latest technical data and service procedures while maintaining a clean, safe work area and locking up tools daily.
Required Qualifications
- Previous (1-2 years) of automotive technician experience
- At least 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
