Job Summary
Technicians diagnose and fix vehicles across a wide range of domestic and foreign models, work as part of a team with service staff, perform thorough courtesy inspections, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, communicate concerns to the service department, and contribute to efficient, high-quality guest care. The role requires 3+ years of experience, ASE certifications (preferred or pursued), ability to diagnose/repair all makes/models, dexterity with hand tools, comfort with manual transmissions, and a strong emphasis on customer service and career development.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- Desire for long-term career development
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Able to lift and move over 100 pounds occasionally
- Work with tools on vehicles lifted above head
- Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
