Job Summary
Master Technician to lead shop operations and mentor a team while delivering high-quality automotive service. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing drivability, brakes, suspension, engines, electrical, A/C, and computer systems; educating customers on issues and solutions; leading by example to drive productivity and quality; maintaining a safe, organized shop; and ensuring excellent customer service. Requires 5+ years of advanced automotive repair, MVAC Section 609 certification, 8+ ASE certifications (A1–A8), strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. In-person work schedule with days Mon–Sat and a flexible schedule. Competitive hourly pay ($40–$50/hour) with benefits (medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401k, PTO), and opportunities for growth. Locations are Raleigh, NC, in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of advanced automotive repair experience
- Section 609 Certification required (MVAC) systems
- 8+ ASE certifications (A1–A8)
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Availability for days: Mon - Sat with 1 day off (flexible schedule)
