Job Summary
Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns, perform accurate repairs, and complete maintenance and repair work efficiently using proper diagnostic procedures. Communicate repair concerns with service management and maintain a clean, organized work area while participating in Mitsubishi factory training to stay current with changing vehicle technology. This role offers a five-day work week, competitive compensation up to $120,000 plus bonuses, and paid training at Little Joe's Mitsubishi, a family-run dealership focused on building real careers for experienced technicians.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience
- Strong mechanical diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance and general repair
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles correctly the first time
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- Your own basic technician tools
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certifications
- Dealership or manufacturer experience
