Perform diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance for customer and dealership vehicles; conduct full inspection and troubleshooting to determine repair needs; ensure compliance with regulations and standards; maintain shop safety and cleanliness; communicate effectively with Service Advisor and Parts department; participate in Ford Certification training; bring broad automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge; hold an unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record; demonstrate strong customer service and problem-solving skills; engage in ongoing training and development.
Required Qualifications

- Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience
