Job Summary
Automotive Technician responsible for mechanical repairs in our service center, including complete brake service, diagnosing braking system issues, engine performance, suspension/steering, electrical, and heating/air conditioning. Use shop software (All DATA, AutoZone, O'Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA) to provide part/labor estimates; perform road tests to verify work; train/supervise apprentices; maintain clean workstations; deliver excellent guest service and teamwork to ensure high-quality results and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of Automotive Experience
- 1-2 Years of Brakes experience
- ASE certification in A5 - Brakes (preferred)
- ASE certifications in Engine Performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, Heating & Air Conditioning (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (or better)
