Job Summary
Automotive Technician responsible for mechanical repairs in the service center, including disc/drum brake service, diagnosing issues in braking systems, engine performance, suspension & steering, electrical, heating & air conditioning, and conducting road-test checks. Must use computer systems for estimates and work with automotive programs (AllData, AutoZone, O'Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA). Role requires 1-3 years of automotive experience and knowledge to service guests’ vehicles while maintaining a clean, high-quality work environment. On-site Lincoln, Nebraska location with full-time employment; ASE certifications preferred and high school diploma or equivalent required. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of Automotive Experience
- 1-2 Years of Experience working on Brake Systems
- ASE certification in A5 - Brakes preferred
- ASE certification(s) in Engine performance, Suspension & Steering, Electrical Systems, Heating & Air Conditioning preferred
- Automotive technical or trade school degree a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred
