Job Summary
Mid-level Automotive Technician II performing medium-duty vehicle maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities include diagnostics (brake components, tires, suspension, drivability, electrical systems), complete repairs (including advanced diagnostics and some fabrication), inspections and documentation, recalls, equipment upfits, and maintaining shop organization. Requires 3+ years of repair experience, valid driver's license, ability to operate standard/automatic/electric vehicles, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs. Emphasis on teamwork, ongoing training (ASE-related), and adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines. Location: Houston, TX; no remote work.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles
- lift 50lbs or more
- stand/walk 8 hours or more
- able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
