Job Summary
Automotive Technician needed at Midlands Toyota in Columbia, SC for a high-volume service shop. Responsibilities include performing repairs and diagnostics across drivetrain, engine, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems; conducting test drives and using diagnostic tools; communicating with the Service Advisor about additional services and providing accurate time estimates; executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications; coordinating with parts department; documenting all work on repair orders; participating in manufacturer-sponsored training and staying current with technical bulletins; maintaining a clean and safe work environment; and supporting a climate-controlled shop with strong leadership and opportunities for career advancement.
