Job Summary
Hybrid role combining General Service Technician duties with Parts Manager responsibilities. Responsibilities include oil changes, tire repairs/replacements, battery testing/replacement, vehicle inspections, fluid services, shop support and quality control, plus sourcing and ordering parts, verifying correct parts before repairs, tracking returns/warranties/core credits, maintaining inventory and shop supplies, coordinating with service advisors and technicians, and ensuring jobs are properly staged with all required parts.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working in an automotive repair shop
- Must own a basic set of automotive tools required to perform general service work
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Must be highly computer literate and comfortable learning new software systems
