Job Summary
The role focuses on servicing and inspecting the undercarriage during full-service oil changes, ensuring correct oil filters, drains, and gaskets, checking gear boxes and for leaks, lubricating the chassis, and assisting with final safety/quality checks. Requires basic customer-service skills, ability to read/write and communicate effectively, and a valid license to operate a vehicle along with hands-on use of mechanical tools. The center maintenance duties and flexibility in hours are part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months actual experience or supervised training as a lube technician
- Ability to operate motor vehicles
- Ability to properly use mechanical hand tools
- Customer service skills
- Basic literacy (reading, writing, math)
- Verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
