Job Summary
Complete all listed repairs and corrections provided by engineering to transition vehicles from non-saleable to safely saleable status. Diagnose incoming vehicles, remove and install parts as required, and program modules using vehicle computers. Perform unspecified problems with vehicles while adhering to DRIVEN values and supporting the mission. Maintain basic hand and power tools, manage fluids, and utilize special equipment like hoists and cherry pickers. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and standing for 45% of the time. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6am to 3pm, with hourly pay starting at $22.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Basic diagnostic skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Own a cell phone to communicate with clients and team members
- Mild to moderate understanding of how to use a computer for programming all modules within a vehicle
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be a reliable team player
- Must have basic hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, picks, pliers, hammers, impacts, ratchets, and grinders
- Experience using battery chargers and maintainers
- Experience using special equipment (hoist, transmission jacks, cherry pickers)
- Proper use of handling fluids
