Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment while executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with quality and dealership standards. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs and provide time estimates. Execute repairs and coordinate with the parts department to obtain needed components. Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- 3-5+ years Automotive Technician Experience (Required)
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and possess a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturer experience preferred
