Job Summary
Automotive Technician role supporting Bridgestone Retail Operations automotive service team. Responsibilities include changing oil and other scheduled maintenance, inspecting steering/suspension/brake systems, installing batteries and checking electrical systems, performing tire maintenance, installing parts, and road testing vehicles. Role may involve interaction with customers to explain repair procedures and provide high-quality service. Requires the ability to learn basic mechanical tasks, a valid driver’s license, and basic reading/writing/math skills. Minimum qualifications emphasize improving foundational automotive knowledge; ASE certifications are preferred but not required. Offers a flat-rate pay model with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and benefits such as paid vacation/holidays, on-the-job training, and opportunities for ASE certifications; located in Nashville-area Bridgestone Americas network with equal employment opportunity. Required Qualifications
