Job Summary
Automotive Technician at Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) plays a pivotal role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles within our automotive service team. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you will perform routine inspections, contribute to vehicle assessments, and assist in repair procedures, including oil changes, brake and steering inspections, battery installation, tire maintenance, and road testing. The role may involve explaining repair procedures to customers and delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment. Earn a competitive, flat-rate compensation model, with pay ranges reflecting regional productivity, and pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within the first two years of employment (tests/fees covered). Minimum qualifications include the ability to learn basic mechanical tasks, a valid driver’s license, and basic reading/writing/math skills; preferred qualifications include 2 years of automotive repair experience or related technical education/certifications.
