Job Summary
Automotive Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under supervision, performing oil changes, inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems, battery installation and electrical checks, tire maintenance, parts installation, and road testing. Role expects interaction with customers to explain repair procedures and provide quality service. Opportunity to obtain ASE certifications within two years (tests/fees covered by the company). Flat-rate pay model rewards efficiency and is regionally adjusted. Requires basic mechanical aptitude, ability to learn, and a valid driver's license; preferred candidates may have 2 years of automotive repair experience or vocational-technical training and ASE certification or equivalent qualifications.
