Job Summary
Automotive Technician role at Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) within the automotive service team. Under guidance of experienced technicians, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, perform oil changes, inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems, install batteries, check electrical systems, perform tire maintenance, install parts, and road test vehicles. The role involves interacting with customers to explain repair procedures and provide high-quality service. Opportunities include pursuing ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years, with company-covered test fees and a performance-based (flat-rate) pay model.
