Job Summary
Automotive Technician role within Bridgestone Retail Operations, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under supervision, including oil changes, inspections of steering/suspension/brake systems, battery installation, tire maintenance, part installation, and road testing; opportunities to obtain or maintain ASE certifications within two years; customer interaction to explain repairs and provide service. Competitive, performance-based pay (flat-rate) with benefits and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks
- Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles
- Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes, Basic inspections, Repairing tires
