Job Summary
Automotive Technician position within Bridgestone Retail Operations responsible for hands-on automotive service tasks including oil changes, inspections of steering/suspension/brake systems, battery installation, tire maintenance, and general parts installation. Role involves road testing vehicles and may involve communicating repair procedures to customers. Requires ability to learn basic mechanical tasks, drive company/customer vehicles, and pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; ASE or equivalent certifications preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment. Pay is a flat-rate model based on productivity; minimum wage requirements apply.
