Job Summary
Automotive Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under supervision. Learn and perform tasks including oil changes, routine inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems, battery installation, electrical system checks, tire maintenance, and part installation. Role includes road testing vehicles and communicating repair procedures to customers. Opportunity to obtain ASE certifications (A1–A8) within the first two years of employment; company covers tests/registrations fees. Compensation features a flat-rate pay model with a sign-on bonus for first-time hires and a pay range reflecting regional productivity. Required Qualifications
- Valid automobile driver's license at all times
- Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks
- Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including Oil changes
- Basic inspections
- Reading, writing, and math skills
- A.S.E certification or willingness to obtain within two years of employment (preferred)
- 2 years of automotive repair experience or Vocational-Technical training (preferred)
