Job Summary
Automotive Technician at Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) supports automotive service by learning and applying diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on vehicles under guidance. Responsibilities include changing oil,_inspecting steering, suspension, and brake systems, installing batteries and checking electrical systems, performing tire maintenance, installing parts, and road testing vehicles. The role emphasizes a foundation in mechanical tasks, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and basic understanding of automotive maintenance; ASE certification(s) or equivalent qualifications and 2 years of automotive repair experience are preferred; on-the-job training and opportunities for ASE certifications are offered.
