Job Summary
Receive repair orders from Service Advisors and perform vehicle maintenance and diagnostics in accordance with factory standards. Diagnose malfunctions, communicate with the Parts department for needed components, and save or tag parts based on warranty status. Examine vehicles to identify additional safety or service requirements, document all work performed, and road-test vehicles when required. Ensure customer vehicles remain clean and maintain a neat shop environment while accounting for all dealership-owned tools. Full-time, 3-day rotating schedule with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with manufacturer training and dealership background.
Required Qualifications
- Previous work as an Automotive Technician
- Graduation from an accredited Automotive Repair program
- Valid, and active, in-state drivers license
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written
- Ability to operate smartphone, tablet and/or PC
