Job Summary
Perform diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle makes and models using advanced tools and equipment. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service while maintaining thorough documentation of all services performed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, and train and mentor junior technicians as needed. This Master or Journeyman Level position is crucial in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Dealer experience
- diagnostic and repair abilities
- Master/Journeyman Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems
- Strong customer service skills

Desired Qualifications
