Automotive Technician

Automotive Technician, reporting to the Store and Service Managers, is responsible for performing basic and advanced car maintenance and repair tasks, inspecting vehicles for potential problems, and troubleshooting issues to ensure vehicle is performing appropriately and the customer is taken care of. Responsibilities include applying in-depth automotive repair knowledge, providing high-quality service, performing skilled mechanical work while diagnosing problems, inspecting/replacing/repairing defective parts, and maintaining safe, clean work areas. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years’ automotive service experience, ASE Certification preferred but not required, valid driver’s license, ability to operate and drive vehicles, background check, tools, and willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays. Physical demands include standing, bending, lifting, and performing at a production pace; background kept confidential per EEO guidelines.
