Job Summary
Elite Automotive Technician role performing bumper-to-bumper repairs and advanced vehicle work with minimal customer interaction. Responsibilities include mechanically inspecting vehicles for safety and drivability, documenting findings in inventory management, coordinating with Reconditioning Center Management on repairs/rejection decisions, handling advanced repairs (brakes, engine, steering/suspension, cooling, A/C, electrical), ensuring first-time fix to minimize re-work, and test driving to verify repairs. Must maintain a safe work environment, adhere to attendance expectations, and operate within a high-functioning team. ASE Master preferred; requires High School Diploma or GED, 5+ years of experience, and English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- ASE Master is nice to have
- 5+ years experience in medium to heavy line work (Brakes, Engine, Steering/Suspension, Cooling, A/C, Electrical)
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must be able to communicate in English
