Job Summary
Perform vehicle inspections, Multi-Point Inspections (MPI), and routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, drivability, brake, suspension, steering, engine, transmission, and HVAC concerns using Ford diagnostic equipment. Maintain accurate repair orders, follow quality standards, and keep the work area clean and safe. Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service while utilizing ongoing factory training for career advancement from entry-level to Master Technician.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous automotive repair experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently
- ASE Master Certification and/or Ford Senior/Master Certification
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
- Ability to mentor and assist fellow technicians
