Job Summary
Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines. Complete required manufacturer's training, perform warranty and recall repairs, and maintain vehicle repair history by documenting Repair Orders. Utilize multiple manufacturers' websites, software, and diagnostic tools while complying with part and inventory tracking procedures. Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition and follow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards. Perform manual labor including lifting objects up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Schedule is full-time up to 40 hours per week with availability between 4:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles
- 4+ current and valid ASE certifications or OEM training/Certification
- ASE certifications must be from the A1 through A8 series, L1, or X1 certifications
- OEM training/Certification accepted with the understanding that 4- ASE certifications must be acquired within 12 months of hire
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
- A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available for any day of the week and between 4:00 AM and 10:00 PM
