Follow shop SOPs, safety guidelines, and repair procedures on every job while communicating job status and repair needs with advisors and shop leadership. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support overall shop flow to keep vehicles moving through the shop correctly and on time. Take pride in producing consistent, quality work and manage time well to stay productive throughout the day.
