Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and perform advanced vehicle repairs and maintenance on multiple makes and models, including emissions testing and state inspections where applicable. Manage vehicle movement and inventory, document all work in DriveTime systems, and explain repairs and issues to management to minimize re-work. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment; operate basic computer systems; meet performance targets; communicate causes and corrections clearly; and support overall shop operations in a safety-sensitive setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Certificate or Associates degree in automotive technology or work experience equivalent (3 years or more) in automotive repair
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
