Automotive Technician

Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and perform advanced vehicle repairs and maintenance, including emissions testing where applicable, on multiple DriveTime inventory vehicles. Maintain vehicle movement and inventory records, document work performed in DriveTime systems, and explain automotive repairs to management to minimize re-work and delays. Ensure area safety and compliance, operate basic computer systems, and adhere to DriveTime standards. Requires proficiency in automotive repairs, ability to troubleshoot, strong communication of causes and corrections, and punctual, organized work habits. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certificate or Associates degree in automotive technology or 3+ years work experience in automotive repair
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
