Install, service, and remove Ignition Interlock devices from cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles using the PLUS system for data retrieval and reporting. Troubleshoot device issues with clients while educating them on proper use, and provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service. May assist in marketing by presenting on the devices. A driver's license is required, and experience with automotive electrical systems, alarms, or remote start systems is helpful.
