Job Summary
Automotive Technician position at Stuckey Ford and Subaru in the State College/Bellefonte area. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing automotive vehicles, performing routine maintenance and tune-ups, providing labor and time estimates for repairs, inspecting and testing new vehicles for adjustments, following service procedures using manuals, diagnostic systems, TSBs, and technical support to first-time fixes, and attending training to improve quality and efficiency. Requires strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail; PA state inspection/omissions license preferred. Eligible benefits include health/dental/vision, company-paid life insurance, STD, 401(k) match, holidays, vacation and sick time; full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- PA State Inspection and Omissions License preferred
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
