Job Summary
Automotive Technician at C Harper Auto Group is responsible for performing repairs per repair orders, testing vehicles and components with diagnostic tools and special service equipment, communicating with the Service Advisor about additional needs, estimating time for further repairs, and executing repairs in accordance with vehicle inspections. Must have basic mechanical/troubleshooting skills, operate electronic diagnostic equipment, collaborate with teammates, possess a valid driver’s license and a valid state emissions license, and be able to learn new technology and repair procedures. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
- Valid State and Emissions License
- Basic computer competencies
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
