Job Summary
Automotive Technician at Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) plays a pivotal role within our automotive service team. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you learn and develop foundational skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, including oil changes, tire maintenance, inspections of steering/suspension/brake systems, battery installation, electrical system checks, and road testing. You may interact with customers to explain repair procedures and provide exceptional service. The role offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment with a sign-on bonus of $750-$1,500 and a pay range of $16.63-$24.99 per hour, using a flat-rate compensation model. Minimum qualifications require a valid driver’s license and basic mechanical knowledge; ASE certifications are encouraged, with the goal of obtaining ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years (fees covered by the company). Preferred qualifications include 2 years of automotive repair experience or related credentials and ASE certification or equivalent training.
