Job Summary

Automotive Technician needed to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles within Bridgestone Retail Operations. Responsibilities include performing oil changes and scheduled maintenance, inspecting steering, suspension, and brake systems, installing batteries and checking electrical systems, performing tire maintenance, installing parts, and road testing vehicles. Supports customer communications by explaining repair procedures and providing high-quality service. Opportunity to learn foundational skills under guidance of experienced technicians; ASE certifications within the first two years of employment are encouraged with company sponsorship for test fees. Pay is based on a flat-rate model, with a pay range reflecting regional averages. Requires valid driver’s license and basic mechanical/mathematical literacy; preferred candidates may have 2 years of automotive repair experience or related technical training and ASE certifications.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes
  • Basic inspections
